Appellate Court Rules Rahm Ineligible for Ballot

The Illinois Appellate Court has ruled that Rahm Emanuel should not be on the Chicago mayoral ballot.



In a 2-1 decision on Monday, the Illinois Appellate Court decided to take Emanuel’s name off the ballot.
