GOP Leaders: Obama 'Missing In Action' On Budget

House Republicans say President Barack Obama is not showing leadership on the budget. House Budget Committee Chairman Paul Ryan says that members of his part have shown what they believe ‘a responsible path’ to a balanced budget looks like.
