Arizona Man Arrested for Spying on Another Man in Walmart Bathroom

A man in El Mirage, AZ was arrested and charged with voyeurism after he was accused of using a camera to spy on a man at a local Walmart, per a 12 News report.

Police report 25-year-old Franciso Reveles held his phone over the bathroom stall and watched a Walmart employee by using the camera on his phone.

“As [the victim] was using the restroom he spots a phone over the stall,” said Sgt. Robert Peoples.

According to police, Reveles admitted to spying on the man, but he told them he did not take any pictures or record a video.

“He was there looking and became aroused taking a look at someone in the stall,” Peoples added.

The victim then confronted Reveles, who apologized and then went on his way. Walmart security held Reveles until police arrived.

When Reveles’ grandmother learned of the arrest, she told 12 News, “Nothing surprises me about him.”

Reveles has reportedly been charged with voyeurism, which is a felony.
