Eric Trump on Pence as VP Pick: ‘I Don’t Think My Father Could Have a Better Person by His Side’

On Saturday’s “Justice” on Fox News Channel, presumptive GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump’s son Eric talked up his father’s vice presidential selection of Gov. Mike Pence (R-IN), saying he does not think his father “could have a better person by his side.”

“Governor Mike Pence, he’s such a wonderful guy. We spent a lot of time together this week, and he’s an amazing guy and he’s gonna do such a great job on this campaign. And I don’t think my father could have a better person by his side,” Eric Trump told host Judge Jeanine.

He added, “All the things my father has talked about the last year, he’s done himself and he’s done a tremendous job. And Indiana is doing incredible, and that’s why, you know, Mike Pence is ultimately his running mate. He wants to do the very same things for this nation.”
