Earlier this month, Cleveland Cavaliers star LeBron James threatened to sue Nick Saban’s Alabama Crimson Tide for copyright infringement over a barbershop-themed talk show.
Now, the future Hall of Famer finds himself accused of copyright infringement over his own barbershop-themed show, causing “Outkick the Coverage” founder Clay Travis to slam “idiot” LeBron James.
Travis said James had no case against Alabama from the beginning, adding that he, like Fox News Channel’s Laura Ingraham suggested and caught heat for, thinks James should shut up and dribble.
“LeBron James — not a very smart person. Either he hired dumb people or he refused to listen to smart people’s advice,” Travis said. “This is why you go to college, King James.”
He added, “Sometimes, shutting up and dribbling is the right option because then it would have made sense and you wouldn’t have actually gotten sued. LeBron, you idiot, you got dunked on by Nick Saban and Alabama and now you’re getting dunked on by … somebody else.”
