CLEVELAND, Ohio — Donald Trump called Hillary Clinton the “puppet” of her globalist donors in the most awe-inspiring and unconventional nomination speech by any Republican nominee in modern convention history.

Trump said that Clinton has “big business” and “elite donors” who “know she will keep our rigged system in place. They are throwing money at her because they have total control over every single thing that she does. She is their puppet, and they pull the strings.”

“That is why Hillary Clinton’s message is that things will never change. Never, ever. My message is that things have to change. And they have to change right now.”

“Her single greatest accomplishment might be committing such an egregious crime and getting away with it,” Trump said of her private email server scandal.

“I have joined the political arena so that the powerful can no longer beat up on people who cannot defend themselves,” Trump stated.
