Phenomenal 'Walking Dead: Season 5' Trailer

I’ve heard all the complaints, even from friends I respect, about the popular AMC series “The Walking Dead,” and wholeheartedly disagree with every single one. The series isn’t perfect, but for four seasons now it has delivered addictive storytelling combined with dynamite zombie action and thrills.

Week after week, hour after hour, TWD consistently delivers better stories, suspense, scares, and a wonderful sense of dread than 99% of horror films.

This just-released trailer for next season, which debuts in October, gives away more story than I would like (how our heroes escape Terminus is the previous season’s cliffhanger and is apparently answered here) but proves that even into season five, the creators are able to come up with fascinating scenarios for zombie attacks and kills — and in the end that’s all I really care about.
