New York Times best-selling author and populist conservative columnist Ann Coulter says the murder of 20-year-old Mollie Tibbetts, allegedly by an illegal alien, “ought to be Donald Trump’s Kate Steinle.”
On July 18, Tibbetts went missing in her small Iowa town after going out for a jog. Last week, law enforcement officials announced that Tibbetts was found dead in a cornfield and was allegedly stabbed to death.
Illegal alien Cristhian Bahena-Rivera, a 24-year-old from Mexico, has been charged with first-degree murder in her death after police say he admitted to confronting and chasing down Tibbetts. The illegal alien lived in a region of Iowa that was surrounded by sanctuary cities, as Breitbart News noted.
In an interview with SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Tonight, Coulter told Senior Editor-at-Large Rebecca Mansour that Tibbetts’ death “ought to be” Trump’s Kate Steinle moment if Democrats “weren’t out of their minds.”
Steinle, the beautiful 32-year-old American blonde, was killed by a five-time deported illegal alien. Her killer was eventually acquitted by a jury last year in a shocking upset for Steinle’s family.
Coulter said:
It’s very weird, they’ve taken exactly the wrong approach to Trump than they should have. I mean, Democrats have always pretended to care about the working class, pretended to care about flyover people, whoa, they’re done with that. [Emphasis added]
Oh no, they do not have to pretend to like people in Indiana anymore. And it’s pedal to the metal on how much they hate white men, and I suppose white women, just white people generally. [Emphasis added]
But if they were smart, they’d say ‘Look, we think Trump has taken up a lot of our agenda.’ They’d be like Tester in West Virginia. They’d be for the wall.
In fact, this week we saw an example of how, man, they could have nailed Trump if they weren’t out of their minds. [Emphasis added]
Mollie Tibbetts ought to be Donald Trump’s Kate Steinle. He’s president. We have a Republican House and Senate. What is this guy doing here?! The murderer that is, not Trump. But I can also say the same thing about Trump. Why hasn’t he deported illegals? Why hasn’t he started the wall? They could so be nailing him on this, but no, they just want to make fun of the poor white girl who was killed and say the only reason we care is because she is a white girl. [Emphasis added]
