Respectable news sources like NPR and The New York Times may be willing to dismiss the “knockout game” attacks across the country as “overblown,” but actress Rose McGowan may disagree.
The Charmed star spent part of Thursday chasing down a knockout game perpetrator in Venice, CA. McGowan saw an elderly man become the latest victim of the cruel attack mode, and she attempted to chase down the assailant but was unable to catch him.
She chronicled both what she saw and her attempt to capture the thug on her Twitter account.
I just witnessed a 65 year old man get punched by an evil guy playing that goddamn knockout game. #criminal #heartbroken #whattheF?!
