Hillary Clinton was spotted at the New Castle Memorial Day Parade, which she and Bill have attended since buying a home in the area back in 1999.
However, it would seem former President Bill Clinton didn’t make it this year.
Hillary appears to have taken as much delight in having her picture snapped, as others are now taking in tweaking her about it on Twitter.
“Can we get a photo?”

Evidently the scarf is something of a permanent fixture with Hillary on Memorial Day.
