Rep. James Clyburn Warns: GOP Will Impeach Obama if Democrats Don't Take Back the House

Back in 2010, James Clyburn was warning anyone who would listen that the GOP would be investigating where Barack Obama was born if they took over the House. Needless to say, that never happened.

House Majority Whip James Clyburn (D-S.C.) warned Republicans will investigate President Obama’s birthplace if they take over Congress.

Now, the hyperbolic Clyburn is at it, again. Perhaps his own fundraising is down. Many view the issue as little more than Democrats trying to rev up their otherwise disengaged base.

Rep. James Clyburn, the number three House Democrat, predicted Monday that if the GOP holds onto the House in November, talk of impeaching President Barack Obama could turn into a reality.
