Georgia Senate Democratic Nominee Michelle Nunn Refuses To Say If She Voted For Obama

Georgia’s Senate Democratic Nominee Michelle Nunn refused to tell a questioner if she voted for President Barack Obama in 2008 and 2012. The video, taken by the pro-GOP opposition research group America Rising shows Nunn, who is exiting an event on Wednesday and avoiding the questioner.

A Nunn supporter can be heard saying  in the video,  “Yes, of course, yes, he’s the president…he’s done great things…healthcare,” someone can be heard saying. Similarly, the Senate Democratic nominee in Kentucky, Alison Lundergan Grimes was asked the same question by a other outlets and also refuses to answer if she voted for the president.

Nunn is competing against Republican David Perdue for the open seat vacated by retiring Senator Saxby Chambliss (R-GA). The two are expected to debate again next week.
