COCOA, Florida – An illegal immigrant was charged with soliciting after he allegedly approached a teenager and became sexually aggressive, begging her for sex.

Authorities suspect that Audencio Orozco-Fuente had been eyeing the 15-year-old girl over many days and was waiting for the right opportunity to pounce, WOFL FOX 35 reported.

The girl noticed that Orozco-Fuente was eyeing her after he came up behind her on his bicycle and turned around glancing in her direction. Authorities say that Orozco-Fuente became more aggressive with the teenage girl when she was unable to understand him after he had stopped and attempted to communicate with her.

According to investigators, Orozco-Fuente then grabbed and began pulling on the teen’s jacket and made lewd sexual gestures. The girl became scared and ran home after he allegedly began complimenting her looks while begging “please,” as he attempted to get her to come to his house.

The girl’s mother contacted the police once her daughter got home and told her what happened.

Authorities believe that Orozco-Fuente was looking for the right opportunity to make a move on the girl because she said that she had seen him many times before as she walked to and from the bus stop with her cousin. The girl was alone on the day that Orozco-Fuente decided to make his move.

Police generated a sketch of what the suspect looked like based on descriptions they received from the girl and her cousin while at police headquarters.

Orozco-Fuente was later found and charged with battery and lewd and lascivious. Orozco-Fuente was denied bond and placed on a hold from Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE) after authorities learned of his immigration status.
