WNYW: A night before she is to become a Supreme Court Justice, Judge Sonia Sotomayor spent the evening having a dinner party with friends and family.
She dined at Shun Lee Palace at 155 East 55th St. in Midtown Manhattan. The restaurant calls itself an upscale Chinese dining establishment.
Fox 5 News reported that among the guests were judges from New York City. The bill for the group was about $1,100.
