Teacher Caught On Tape Bullying Special Needs Students, Keeps Job

An Ohio special needs teacher and teacher’s aide were caught on tape bullying students when one student concealed a recording device in class. The teacher’s aide was fired but the teacher kept her job and no local or state officials can explain why.
