Video of Amine El-Khalifi, a 29-year-old that plotted an attack on the U.S. Capitol using a suicide vest with an automatic weapon, was released exclusively to ABC News and aired on it’s Thursday broadcast of “World News Tonight.”
“Let’s do it man, I don’t want to keep thinking about it too much,” El-Khalifi said in a video from inside a hotel room in February 2012 according to a report. “Let’s do it.”
