Due to a technical error, Netflix released the third season of House of Cards early on Wednesday, more than two weeks ahead of its planned premiere.

For a period of roughly 20 minutes Wednesday afternoon, 10 episodes of the season were available for viewing, with some fans reporting they were able to watch every episode well after Netflix corrected the issue.

Netflix released a statement following the leak, citing a technical error: “Due to a technical glitch some Frank Underwood fans got a sneak peak. He’ll be back on Netflix on Feb. 27,” according to the Hollywood Reporter.

The official House of Cards Twitter account also released a statement, and had a little fun with the issue:

Kevin Spacey was awarded a Golden Globe last month for his portrayal of Frank Underwood on the series’ second season.

Spacey is slated to return this month, this time as President Frank Underwood.
