Ever wanted to learn how to properly “twerk” your backside? Well, now there’s an app for that.

Don’t even know what that means? Twerking has been described as a “rhythmic gyrating of the lower fleshy extremities in a lascivious manner, with the intent to elicit sexual arousal or laughter in ones intended audience.”

The once obscure hip-hop-centered youth phenomenon is now a legitimate business model for two rump-shaking entrepreneurs.

Singer Christina Milian has partnered up with professional twerker Lexy Panterra to create a mobile application to help interested parties perfect the act of thrusting their booties around.

Panterra began offering professional twerking courses in 2014 at fitness facilities throughout the state of California, and their popularity spread to the entertainment ranks.

Hollywood celebrities started attending regularly, and students included pop stars such as Mel B, Tameka “Tiny” Harris, Karrueche Tran, and Christina Milian.

The stars posted their rump shaking on social media, and “LexTwerkOut” soon debuted on television.

Now comes the official LexTwerkOut mobile application, which debuted Mar. 26 for both iPhone and Android users for $1.99.

“I want to provide an exclusive, modern, sexy, and fun workout that’s just as efficient as traditional cardio and squatting,” Panterra says. “It’s not about your weight but how you’re built, and LexTwerkOut is designed to not only help you reach physical results, but also give you a boost of confidence and make you feel sexy.”

The app also promises: “When you come and twerkout with me you will feel as if you were home dancing with your girls!”

With techniques like the “Main Twerk,” the “Swivel Twerk” and the “Inside Outside Bunny,” the routine promises to let you “get crazy” for the nominal fee of $1.99.
