‘Quidditch Pong’ provides a magical twist on drinking game

WASHINGTON, Dec. 30 (UPI) — Those interested in adding an extra dose of magic to their party games can now purchase a “Quidditch Pong” game set inspired by the Harry Potter series.

Website Unofficial Quidditch Pong offers a six piece game set that combines elements of the fictional game Quidditch with popular drinking game beer pong. The set includes three Quidditch hoops, two beater bats and one Golden Snitch ball.

The game also features it’s own set of rules, focusing on throwing a ping pong ball between one of the three hoops into a set of cups while incorporating spells and other elements from the books.

“Teams of three will utilize spells, bats and accuracy to beat their opponents in this fun twist in the popular sport of beer pong!” the Unofficial Quidditch Pong Facebook page reads.
