EMBARRASSING: WaPo’s Front Page Suggestion Huckabee Slipping Is Undercut By Its Own Polling

Huckabee

The Washington Post’s editorial board chose a bizarre headline for a front-page story Wednesday: “Lagging in Polls, Huckabee Takes a Leap of Faith” – as GOP candidate Mike Huckabee is in the top five of the newspaper’s most recent poll.

The headline’s ironic because in it’s own polling, the Washington Post has GOP presidential candidate Gov. Mike Huckabee in fourth place out of the 16 official GOP candidates.

The ranking comes from a poll released by the Washington Post and ABC News last week.

The article details Huckabee’s visit to a black church in South Carolina, with some exclusive details.

The headline on the online story – “Mike Huckabee, looking for a niche, woos blacks in GOP primaries” – is more fitting as the reporter details how Huckabee as Arkansas Governor, received 48 percent of the black vote.

Breitbart News previously reported on Huckabee’s visit to the Rock Hill Missionary Baptist Church.
