President Donald Trump will deliver remarks on Thursday on ending the practice of surprise medical billing.
The president wants Congress to protect Americans from enormous hospital bills incurred by a patient visited by doctors out of their health care network.
The president will address the issue at 11:45 a.m. EST at the White House.
