Cam Edwards, host of NRA News on SXM Patriot joined Breitbart News Daily SiriusXM co-hosts Alex Marlow and Raheem Kassam to discuss Tuesday’s election outcome in Virginia and the ongoing fall-out from the Texas church shooting.

Said Edwards, “If you want to change this world that we live in, I don’t think the best way to do it is by having a lawmaker pass a law somewhere. I think the way to change the world in which we live is for each and every one of us to decide, ‘okay, you know what? I’m going to be the change.'”

Edwards pointed to Baltimore, Maryland where an anti-violence movement has taken hold. The movement is based on building community as a way to stop that city’s terrible violence problems, as opposed to relying on laws which seem to have little to no effect.

Edwards also said that everybody is on the same side when it comes to what happened in the church shooting, that we’re all emotional and angry but we need to find the best solutions for stopping gun violence and there’s likely no law that would have stopped that shooting.

Breitbart News Daily airs on SiriusXM Patriot 125 weekdays from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Eastern.
