Whitner: Kaepernick can Expect Grief from Teammates over Nude Photos

Count 49ers safety Donte Whitner as among those unimpressed by his teammates Colin Kaepernick and Vernon Davis and their appearances in the ESPN Body issue.

“I would never do that,” Whitner said. “To each his own. I don’t know aboutall the naked pictures and the lower body. I’m a little bit againstthat, but to each his own.”

Moreover, Whitner plans to be among those who will turn disagreement over the photos into a way to give grief to his quarterback.

“He’s the man right now, and that’s what he chose to do,” he said. “But he’s going to receive some flak in the locker room.”
