Google whistleblower Mike Wacker gave the public a glimpse of the tech giant’s skewed attitudes towards race and gender this week by releasing two pages from the company’s “diversity training” workbook.

Wacker, a software engineer at Google, previously blew the whistle on anti-Trump political bias at his company, revealing that a manager at the company informed their subordinate that the tech giant must tackle “fake news” because “that’s how Trump won.”

In his latest leak, Wacker reveals that Google draws on the work of far-left, race-baiting academics to inform its official “diversity training” workshops, including Robin DeAngilo, an academic who promotes the racist concept of “white fragility.” Many of the other citations in the study are from UC Berkeley, a university infamous for its far-left culture.

Breitbart News previously reported exclusively on how DiAngilo was invited to Google’s headquarters to give a lecture on “white fragility,” after blocking an appearance by Jordan Peterson, a moderate critic of postmodernism. Wacker’s leak provides further evidence of Google’s embrace of a far-left social ideology.

The handout describes gender as “a socially constructed system of classification,” an empirically false claim that has been debunked again and again by leading psychologists and cognitive scientists, including Prof. Steven Pinker and Prof. Simon Baron-Cohen.

The handout also defines “whiteness” as a “constantly shifting boundary separating those who are entitled to have certain privileges from those whose exploitation and vulnerability to violence is justified by their not being white.”
