Houston: FBI Searching for 'BMX Bandit' Bank Robber

HOUSTON, TEXAS–The FBI is working with the Houston area Missouri City Police Department to catch a criminal that they’re calling the “BMX Bandit.”

Federal investigators are accusing the suspect of robbing the Amegy Bank of Texas in Missouri City on Wednesday at around 2pm. A local Fox report claims the suspect approached a teller with a handgun and demanded money. Security cameras caught him riding away on a child size bike.

The robber is described as a Hispanic or Caucasian male.  He is approximately 5’10” and 200 pounds. He was wearing a black hat, black sweat shirt, gray sweatpants, white gloves and gray tennis shoes.
