RNC Slams CNN, Chris Cuomo Over Christie Conflict of Interest

Thursday afternoon, Sean Spicer, communications director for the Republican National Committee, lashed out at CNN for their coverage of the scandal swarming around New Jersey Governor Chris Christie. “Can you say conflict of interest,” Spicer asks. “CNN has Chris Cuomo doing Christie political analysis.” Spicer concludes with, “And you wonder why we think media is biased.”

Spicer, who is a frequent guest on CNN, is obviously referring to Cuomo’s familial ties — not only to the top echelon of the Democrat Party, but there is also the fact that Cuomo’s brother Andrew is the sitting Democrat governor of New York.
