Jindal: Levee Breach To Take Place

Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal says authorities are planning to purposely breach a non-federal levee in southern Louisiana to cope with the heavy rains and flooding brought on by the recently downgraded Tropical Storm Isaac.
