Obama On 'Lessons Of Benghazi:' Congress Should Fund Embassy Security

President Obama used his opening statement in a joint press conference with the Prime Minister of Turkey on Thursday to address concerns of embassy security. The President called on Congress to fund the latest request by the White House to increase embassy security and operations. “We’re not going to be able to do this alone,” President Obama said. “We’re going to need Congress as a partner.” The President also said that he’s working with top officials to ensure that the military can respond “lightning quick” to any dangerous situation at a foreign facility.
