D.C. Congressional Delegate Begs Public To 'Withhold Judgement'

The Congressional Delegate for the District of Columbia, Eleanor Holmes Norton, asked the public to “withhold judgement” on the shooting spree that occurred Monday morning at the Navy Yard in the District at a press conference Monday night. Norton said that facts around the event are still developing and and praised law enforcement for their work in the investigation and response.
