Boehner: In My View, Obama Has Not Faithfully Executed the Law

Wednesday, Speaker of the House John Boehner (R-OH) was asked about his decision to sue President Barack Obama over his use of executive action. Boehner said the Constitution calls for the separation of powers meaning with Obama’s overuse of executive actions Obama has essentially taken away Congress power to create laws.

“This is not about impeachment,” Boehner said. “In my view the president has not faithfully executed the law.”
