Hillary Clinton Dodges Responsibility for Benghazi Security: 'That's Why We Hire People'
In a sneak preview of an interview with Hillary Clinton, ABC's Diane Sawyer asks former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton if she should have done more to make it safer for the Americans at the diplomatic consulate in Benghazi.
"Is there anything you personally should have been doing to make it safer in Benghazi?" she asked Clinton.
Clinton insisted that she gave "very direct instructions" for people who had expertise in security.
"I'm not equipped to sit and look at blueprints to determine where the blast walls need to be or where the reinforcements need to be," she said. "That's why we hire people who have that expertise."
Sawyer explained that Clinton further addresses the Benghazi attacks in the rest of her interview scheduled to air Monday night.
