Jackie Chan: U.S. 'Most Corrupt' Nation

International action star Jackie Chan conquered the U.S. market with his 1995 film “Rumble in the Bronx.” Now, the actor isn’t holding back from saying what he really thinks about America.

Chan dished about global politics in a recent interview, describing why he prefers to keep any criticism of his native China to himself. As for the U.S., he has no problem letting loose.

‘If you talk about corruption, the entire world, the United States has no corruption?’ Chan asked the host. Chan then referred to America as ‘the most corrupt in the world.’

‘Where does this Great Breakdown (financial crisis) come from? It started exactly from the world, the United States,’ Chan told the interviewer. ‘When I was interviewed in the U.S., people asked me, I said the same thing.

Chan previously shared his distaste for protests against the government, saying “we should have rules dictating what [issues people] can march for, and which they can’t.”
