In the wake of Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul’s historic filibuster yesterday Cusack wondered why most Democrats stayed silent on the issue. After all, the current debate involves the legality of drones killing U.S. citizens, and weren’t Democrats just as aghast as the actor at the thought of waterboarding terrorists?
