Four people were killed and 15 wounded in a twin suicide attack in southern Afghanistan on Sunday, in a strike that targeted a meeting of tribal elders, officials said.

"Four people were killed and 15 wounded so far in the attack in Spin Boldak town," Gorzang Afridi, spokesman for the police chief of Kandahar province, told AFP.
