Dutch soccer fans chanted "jungle sounds" at U.S. soccer star Jozy Altidore during a quarterfinal Dutch Cup match on Tuesday.

Altidore said he would pray for the fans who chanted at him during his team's 5-0 victory.

The referee suspended the game due to the chants, but Altidore and his teammates urged him to let the teams finish the match. 

Altidore, who is 23 years old, is a striker for the U.S. national team.
