White House: 'Very Little Doubt' Assad Behind Chemical Weapon Attack

White House Press Secretary Jay Carney said that the administration has “very little doubt” that the Assad regime is behind the chemical weapons attack in Syria over the weekend. Carney claimed that because the Assad regime controls the “stockpile” of the chemical weapons and that they are the only ones who have “rockets” as a delivery system for the weapons.
