Sept. 12 (Bloomberg) — Bloomberg Economics Editor Michael McKee reports that U.S. Jobless claims declined to 292,000, the lowest level since April 2006 as the Labor department warned that computer system upgrades in two states caused those employment agencies to report fewer applications.
