#War: No More Cocktails

Note from Senior Management:

Andrew Breitbart is, and always will be irreplaceable. But he left behind a legacy that continues to inspire, and a road map for anybody willing to seek out the truth. In honor of Andrew, we are proud to present a brand new weekly feature entitled #WAR, where we will choose a video that reminds us all of the unique and powerful way in which he chose to fight for all that he believed, in an effort to level the playing field such that more voices could be heard.

In 2010 at CPAC, Andrew was given the Reed Irvine Accuracy in Media Award.  He was also given a podium and a microphone to say a few brief remarks.  Now, we here at Breitbart News understand that you’ve got things to do.  We’re sensitive to your time… so we’ve cut down Andrew’s brief acceptance speech of 21 minutes and 20 seconds down to a manageable four minute and 15 second nugget.

In this clip, Andrew relays the story of an awakening–a moment where the pre-conceptions of a self-described West Los Angeles default liberal were shattered, rearranged, and set straight by his first encounter with a group of folks he only thought he knew.
