Former Yankee star Derek Jeter is being sued by an underwear company called Frigo for allegedly backing out of a contract to promote the company’s undies.

The company charges that one reason Jeter backed out is because he did not want to work with rapper 50 Cent, saying the rapper was too urban.

A potentially more explosive charge is that he backed out over the company’s marketing strategy that would have targeted their undies, with a revolutionary adjustable package pouch, to the gay community.

Jeter is being sued for $30 million in court papers delivers this week. Jeter denies all charges.

It is doubtful that even gay-marketed ads could sully Jeter’s testosterone-fueled image, particularly given his girlfriend is Hannah Davis.
