Amy Schumer tweeted a partially nude photo of herself on Thursday to celebrate the #WearOrange push for more gun control on National Gun Violence Awareness Day.
Schumer tweeted a photo that shows her in an orange bra, and nothing else. The photo is captioned, “Today please #WearOrange for gun safety.” She copied her tweet to Michael Bloomberg-funded Everytown for Gun Safety.

Schumer began pushing for new gun controls after two people were shot and killed on July 23 in a gun-free movie theater in Lafayette, Louisiana. The theater was showing Schumer’s film Trainwreck at the time of the shooting.
She has since pushed for the expansion of background checks, even though the alleged Lafayette gunman bought his gun in a store and passed a background check to acquire it.
Other celebrities–including Julianne Moore, Brooke Shields, Ron Howard, Sarah Silverman, and Seth Gilliam–tweeted photos for gun control on Thursday too, but they were all clothed.
