European stocks fall at open; London drops 0.35%

Europe’s main stock markets fell on Wednesday, with London’s benchmark FTSE 100 index down 0.35 percent to 6,445.70 points at 9:33 am.

Elsewhere, Frankfurt’s DAX 30 shed 0.15 percent to 8,168.48 and in Paris the CAC 40 eased 0.51 percent to 3,953.68 compared with Tuesday’s closing values.
