The CIA asked to place the deceased Boston bombing suspect to a terror watchlist more than a year before the attacks, officials said Wednesday.
The CIA shared information it received in September 2011 about Tamerlan Tsarnaev, who was killed during a shootout with police last week, from an unidentified foreign government with US federal departments and agencies, a US intelligence official told AFP.
