SANA’A, Jan. 06 (Saba) – Minister of Planning and International Cooperation lauded Sunday the fast response of the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) to Yemen’s priority needs.
During his meeting with head of the IDB’s delegation Hassan Abdul-Majed Musa visiting Yemen currently, Mohammed al-Sa’adi hailed the IDB keenness on to support the development and stability in Yemen, describing the IDB as one of Yemen’s distinctive development partners.
Musa affirmed the IDB’s willingness to continue to present all assistance required to back the stability in Yemen, praising the level of the existing cooperation between Yemen and the bank.
The implementation progress of the IDB-funded projects in Yemen were also touched upon in the meeting.
