Shock: Toddlers Found Dead in Trash Bags Under Apartment Sink

The bodies of a 1- and 4-year-old were found wrapped in trash bags under an apartment sink in South Carolina. Officials say the children’s mother left them in a hot car all day Monday while she worked. She has been taken to the hospital for evaluation.
