Famous Letter From Abraham Lincoln Discovered In Dallas

A copy of the famous “Bixby Letter” penned by President Abraham Lincoln was recently discovered at Fair Park. The consolation letter was sent to Lydia Bixby who was thought to have lost 5 sons in the civil war. Now Christie’s Auction House will authenticate the letter. A copy of the same letter sold in 2002 for $3 million.
