KPTV: The Westview Prowl newspaper article, headlined “Inappropriate sexual contact at school surprises population,” quotes students bragging about not getting caught having sex. It claims that dugouts, bathrooms and spaces beneath bleachers are “far from strangers to sexual activity.”
