Gitmo Detainee to Appear in NY Federal Court

U.S. authorities have brought the first Guantanamo Bay detainee to the United States, to appear in court later Tuesday. Ahmed Ghailani is being tried for bombing U.S. embassies in Tanzania and Kenya.
