Boston Parking Spot Goes for $300,000

AP: Real estate agent Debra Sordillo says there were several bidders for the parking spot, driving up the original asking price of a-quarter mil. She tells The “Boston Globe” it’s believed to be the most expensive parking spot ever in Boston. The buyer wasn’t revealed. The seller is still to trying to unload a $2.5 million condo in the same building.
