Repurposed Video Becomes 'Two Obama Voters on an Escalator'

Mediaite: Three years ago, a viral video contest winner for Becel margarine made waves in Canada, showing two people stuck on a broken escalator and unsure what to with themselves. Last year, a YouTube video came out showing the same commercial, only with the second minute missing, and titled “Democrats on an Escalator.” Liveleak picked up the video two days ago, retitled it “Two Obama Voters on an Escalator” and suddenly everyone is paying attention.
