Schumer Predicts Quick Passage of Carry-On Fee Ban

The Hill: Legislation prohibiting airlines from charging a fee for carry-on luggage will speed through Congress and to the president’s desk, Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) said this morning.



Schumer, who’s introducing the legislation, said lawmakers will be quick to sign on to such a popular bill.
